Virtual Architectural Showcase for the Exclusive Crown Project

In the heart of the bustling Düsseldorf city center stands the CROWN, a striking building with a distinct architectural identity. gmsvision was commissioned to create photorealistic 3D renderings for the redesign of the facade. The aim was to impressively showcase the building's impact on the urban space both during the day and at night.

The facade, which features geometrically folded elements, gives the building a rhythmic depth. The precise metal structure conceals a high-quality mix of uses, including retail spaces, gastronomy, the Carathotel Düsseldorf City, and parking facilities.

The visualizations not only showcase the design quality but also highlight the significance of the location as an urban hub between the shopping district, business quarter, and cultural offerings. Through the atmospheric transition between daylight and evening lighting, the visualization becomes an effective tool in the areas of communication, planning, and marketing.
