3D Visualization of Modern Design House CUBUS – Düsseldorf
The company gmsvision has created a top-notch overall visual presentation for Cubus Designhaus GmbH, an innovative company specializing in modern prefabricated houses. At the center is a minimalist, structured living concept that is variably adaptable in size and structure, ranging from a small single-family home to a spacious two-story solution.
The cubic structures impress with clear lines, well-thought-out floor plans, and a consistently reduced design. The modular system allows for customized adjustments in size and function, representing a flexible design concept that meets the demands of contemporary living. To make the architectural concept more understandable, special 3D visualizations were used at an early stage of planning.
To appeal to potential buyers on an emotional level, an impressive 3D animation was developed that showcases the design house in motion. The focus is on light, spatial effects, and everyday scenes. The promotional film played a crucial role in online marketing.
The package was expanded to include a virtual house tour, which can be conducted either with a VR headset or browser-based on the screen. Users had the opportunity to explore the building interactively and move within the spaces, which proved to be an effective method for attracting customers.
The collaboration with Cubus Designhaus GmbH illustrates how 3D rendering, 3D visualization, 3D animation, and virtual reality can harmoniously work together today to not only present contemporary architecture but also make it an experience.
