Animated 3D Rendering for Urban Housing – Hamburg Ober Street
Just a few steps from the Alster, in one of Hamburg's most desirable residential areas, the Stadtvilla Ober Street 138 is being developed as an exclusive new construction project with four spacious condominiums. The building combines classic Hanseatic architecture with modern living comfort and harmoniously fits into the historic surroundings of Harvestehude.
The four apartments, each occupying an entire floor, have living areas ranging from 177.5 m² to 203.5 m². A stylish living environment is created through generous room heights, light-flooded rooms, and top-quality materials. Terraces and balconies facing south offer a wonderful view of the surrounding Gründerzeit villas as well as the green surroundings.
High-quality 3D renderings and 3D visualizations were created to support the marketing of the project. Potential buyers were offered the combination of 3D exterior visualization and atmospheric 3D interior visualization, providing them with a realistic impression of the architecture and ambiance even before the construction work began.
WEST-ELBE is implementing the project. A convincing presentation, which ideally conveys the exclusive claim and architectural concept, was created in close collaboration with the visualization team.
