Photorealistic 3D Visualization for Social Housing Project in Parla, Spain

The project in Parla near Madrid was not planned but digitally recreated. gmsvision has completely visualized the already implemented residential building in 3D on its own initiative to demonstrate the efficiency of contemporary architectural visualization. The goal: to make the direct comparison between rendering and reality visible.

Several 3D exterior visualizations of the project were created from different angles in sunlight, with shadows, and embedded in the urban environment. A high standard of detail accuracy, lighting mood, and material effect was demanded.

The reproduction of an existing building represents the most accurate form of visualization, as the result is measurable. Social Housing Parla is an example of how credible, photorealistic, and atmospheric architecture can be digitally represented today.
