From Concept to Reality – 3D Visualization for Blue Elements Architecture

Gmsvision was already commissioned in 2017 to create the first 3D visualisation of the "Blue Elements" project in Mallorca. Even at that time, the construction project was characterized by the highest demands in the areas of architecture, location, and quality. The project was officially launched in 2025 after some planning developments, with a revised design and a new overall visual presentation.

"Blue Elements" stands for exclusive architecture, clear lines, and an open, Mediterranean design. The project is unique due to its hillside location in Port d'Andratx and the sea view, giving it a special emotional power.
For marketing purposes, an elaborately produced 3D animation film was created, showcasing architecture, landscape, light, and atmosphere in fluid motion. The focus was on materiality, spatial perception, and emotionality, with an international target audience in the luxury segment in mind.

gmsvision took on not only the rendering but also the conceptual involvement in the visual implementation. The visual language, colour scheme, and lighting design were carefully coordinated with the developer to create a unique brand identity that unites architecture and emotion.

"Blue Elements" is now entering the final sales phase with the new release in 2025. The high-quality 3D visualisations and the image film by gmsvision are central elements of the sales strategy and highlight the exceptional level of the project.
