Real Estate 3D Visualization – Modern Design in Garden Street, Munich

The photorealistic 3D visualizations by gmsvision for the "Gartenstraße" construction project emphasize the modern yet understated character of the project. Our renderings showcase the minimalist architecture with well-thought-out window axes and a harmonious color palette in various daylight moods—from the bright morning scene to the atmospheric twilight.

Particular attention was paid to the representation of the facade materials, the planting in the outdoor area, and the integration of the building into the developed urban context. The visualizations were used, among other things, for the marketing of the project, the website, and sales brochures.
