Stuttgart Housing Project—High-End 3D Visualization

The project "In den Nussgärten" is creating an exclusive residential complex with 15 condominiums in the Bad Nauheim district of Nieder-Mörlen, spread across three buildings. The apartments have living areas ranging from approximately 100 to 165 m², characterized by light-flooded rooms, spacious balconies and terraces, as well as high-quality furnishings.

The clear lines and the classic gable roof harmoniously integrate into the topographical surroundings. A high-quality and simultaneously livable overall picture is created through the combination of cubist and traditional design elements as well as through careful material selection.

To support sales, photorealistic 3D exterior visualizations as well as atmospheric 3D interior visualizations were created. They give potential buyers an early realistic sense of the architecture, lighting, and room atmosphere.
