3D Rendering of the Leonsheart Multi-Family Building in Augsburg

In Augsburg's historic center, near the cathedral, the town hall, and the old town, the elegant new construction project Leonsheart is being developed, combining contemporary living comfort with urban flair.

The architecture impresses with precise lines, well-thought-out floor plans, and the use of top-quality materials. The project provides accommodations for a variety of needs, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to family-sized units. Light and air are ensured through floor-to-ceiling windows, open living areas, and private outdoor spaces. 

The concept is complemented by spacious communal areas and an underground garage.The project presentation was supported by gmsvision with detailed 3D interior and 3D exterior visualizations. The aim was to visually convey the architectural quality and urban lifestyle, both for exposés, online platforms, and direct marketing.Additionally, an emotional 3D image film was produced, capturing the mood of the project in continuous sequences. 

A vivid portrayal of life in Augsburg emerges through the combination of light, materiality, urban context, and everyday scenes.
