Photorealistic 3D Visualization for Residential Project in Benediktenwandstraße, Berlin

In 2018, an exclusive new construction project with ten top-class apartments and an underground garage was realised in Harlaching. The special plot with old trees and a quiet environment was the perfect foundation for this elegant residential complex.
Apartments with an area of 100 to 160 m² combine contemporary design with integration into nature. A timeless feel-good atmosphere is created through spacious living and dining areas, clear floor plans, and high-quality materials. Right from the beginning of the design process, specific 3D visualisations were used to represent the architectural concept in connection with the natural surroundings. The vertical folding sliding elements represent an outstanding design feature that serves as innovative sun protection and is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The project is crowned by two penthouse apartments with plenty of light, a floor-to-ceiling glass facade, and a breathtaking panoramic view. Through the view over the surrounding treetops, the living space gains a special quality.
Gmsvision supported the project marketing with top-notch 3D renderings and 3D visualisations. The combination of 3D exterior visualisation and atmospheric 3D interior visualisation already provided an impression of the architectural quality and the atmosphere of the construction project in advance.

MAUSS BAU implemented the project. In close cooperation with gmsvision, a visual representation was developed that perfectly conveyed the exclusive claim and the architectural concept.
