3D Renderings and Animation – Hippiements Village, Santa Eulària, Ibiza

In Santa Eulària, on Ibiza, the extraordinary villa project, HIPPIEMENTS VILLAGE, is being realised. Nine dazzling white villas, inspired by traditional Ibizan architecture and built to the highest German quality standards. They are located directly on the beach of S’Argamassa, feature their own private dock, and are surrounded by lush gardens that provide privacy and tranquillity.

The villas impress with hand-shaped walls, rounded corners, and flat roofs, which emphasise the interplay of light and shadow. Spacious outdoor areas with covered terraces, light wells, and patios create a harmonious living environment that celebrates outdoor life.
High-quality 3D renderings, 3D visualisations, and an emotional 3D project film were created to support the marketing of the project. The 3D promotional film was fully designed and rendered by gmsvision. 

By combining 3D exterior visualisation, atmospheric 3D interior visualisation, and dynamic animation, potential buyers were able to directly experience the architecture and ambiance even before the construction work began.
The Domus Vivendi Group is implementing the project. A convincing presentation that ideally conveys the exclusive claim and architectural concept was created in close collaboration with the visualisation team.
