Realistic 3D Rendering for Contemporary Residential Construction

A series of contemporary multi-family houses was designed and visualised in a newly developed residential area. Gmsvision was commissioned to create high-quality 3D visualisations to vividly present the architectural concept and promote marketing.

The appearance of the buildings is determined by their clear design, their well-planned facade layout, and their understated colour scheme. The representations include exterior views as well as interior spaces, with a focus on lighting and spatial effects. The aim was to create a harmonious overall picture that integrates into the new neighbourhood while appearing modern and high-quality.
