3D Visualization – Klaus-Groth-Weg Residential Architecture in Norderstedt, Hamburg

In Norderstedt, on Klaus-Groth-Weg, an extraordinary residential building has been constructed that uniquely combines traditional architecture with modern elements. The architecture is inspired by the classic North German country house look, with a high-quality thatched roof and a brick facade. The interplay of elements gives the building a unique, regionally rooted character.

Despite its traditional appearance, the house meets all the requirements of modern living: open floor plans, generous window areas, and a nature-oriented garden create a bright and comfortable living environment with a high quality of stay.
For the development and presentation of the project, a realistic 3D exterior visualization was created. 

The depiction shows, in addition to the construction with thatched roof and traditional brickwork, the detailed design of the outdoor area from the terrace to the garden to the lighting conditions. Thus, the interplay of form, material, and surroundings could be convincingly illustrated even during the planning phase.
